still alive

Just a tiny post to let everyone know I'm still alive; well that being my explanation for not blogging lately.

1.busy (ive just finished the last of my subjects, but still doing my thesis(in progress),looking for a job, handling the blogshop).

2. when i first started this blog I wanted it to be featuring lovely finds/gorgeous things with aesthetic value, but I;ve recently been blogging nonsense so I'm taking a bit of a break to sit&think of what I really want this blog to be.

chic & sleek

Been superbly addicted into metallics lately. Got myself a metallic roman sandals, and just recently got a super glam metal moon ring necklace.

Something like this in gold but with a much tinier ring/circle, cause I wanted it to have just a bit more of a classy tint rather than full on glam.

Dying to also give metallic tinted nails a go.

The only catch is that I need to find myself some metal strips pronto! The ones made with metallic polish don't seem quite.. well, polished. Gah, also need some file hole stickers to create those half-moons :(

shiny.

Definitely loving diamond encrusted collars this season. Hardly think it'll pull off on me but it'll be something super stylish for the store! :D

I've recently become obsessed (is that even right?, since I doubt I've reached the peak of my obsession) with Asian; in particular Taiwanese, Chinese, HK, Korean, Japanese and (Singaporean..- lets not forget them.) fashion. What I like about Asian styles is that they're more suited for my height and body type (thing) that I can't say the same for Western ones although they're pretty much the pioneers of the whole fashion blogger(s) movement. The only sad part of the whole thing is Asian fashion bloggers are uh, tinier than me or at least, well yeah, tinier/taller and of course im so much tanner in comparison to them which means my colour palette most definitely does not align with theirs. here's my list of favourite chinese bloggers. well at least i hope that's the whole list. if you're bored and in a serious need of a fashion pick-me-up, or even if you're just looking for some asian fashion inspiration, check out these blogs :) This is an exported (okay, a copy paste post) from another site, credits below. i've been compiling my own copy for a few months now although i can't say i've been working hard on it much. this bunch of links here help with more than 90% of what I already have.

edit: oh gee i forgot to mention my own country's fashion. ._. how unpatriotic. okay fine i'll give it a chance since the local scene is gradually improving. my faves are.. um ill just post them after this post belowwww...
